Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello; provides friendly and knowledgeable assistance.;
Maintains a clean and organized store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and replenishing supplies to standards.;
Assists customers at the register, processes purchases, and handles transactions in a courteous and accurate manner.;
Responds to customer service issues promptly and escalates to store leadership when needed.;
Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandises items according to guidelines.
