Maintaining Safe & Secure Environment:
Understands safety as priority and assists Store Leadership in maintaining a safe environment for Associates and Customers.;
Provides visible 'command' presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor, monitoring for potential safety issues.;
Mitigating Theft & Fraud:
Monitors entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft and identifies suspicious behavior.;
Developing Great Teams & Partnerships:
Provides courteous customer service, builds relationships with Associates, and participates in district meetings and recognition programs.;
Minimizing Operational Shortage:
Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and observes checkout procedures.
