Target - - - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings.;
Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.;
Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.;
Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.;
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while maintaining compliance.
