Assist the Grocery Manager and the Grocery Third Person in planning, organizing and directing day-to-day operations of the Grocery Department.;
Perform ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, rotating and merchandising duties.;
Champions customer service programs and handles customer relations, including resolution of complaints.;
Open and close the store; may act as back up cashier and engage in suggestive selling.;
Ensure compliance with company sanitation, safety, security and other policies; control shrink.
