Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in their selection of merchandise;
Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed;

Maintain and secure the cash drawer, accept cash/phone payments, and process credit card transactions;
Process exchanges and returns for credit in accordance with company policies and procedures
