Retail Associate

Ross Stores -  -  - Responsibilities:
Assist customers in any way necessary - register-trained, assist customers with merchandise, and answer customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.;
Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the store and thanking customers at checkout.;
Maintains a clean work area and ensures proper merchandise presentation; performs cleaning tasks as assigned.;
Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor and merchandises items per guidelines.;
Follows policies and procedures concerning cash, checks, and refunds; handles transactions accurately.
