• Assist customers with tortilla selections and provide excellent customer service.
• Clean, fill, and rotate tortilla displays.
• Prepare various tortillas and masa for the department in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a fast‑paced retail store environment, including lifting up to 60 pounds and other physical tasks.
• Follow all safety, visual and auditory requirements and meet reasonable accommodations if needed.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and short memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information clearly in one‑on‑one and small‑group settings with customers and coworkers.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Food Handler Card or equivalent certification for food preparation, handling and serving.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
