Pay and Commission
$13.00 to $17.00 per hour. Commission structure pays you for every transaction processed.

- VACATION:

We are currently looking for the right Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team! We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $4.77 per hour on top of your hourly rate.
Position SummaryWe are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six months of management/third‑key experience. Assistant Store Managers are accountable for the day‑to‑day operations of the store and promoting a positive, productive environment. This position partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, recruit and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, and manage customer relations and satisfaction.
This position sets the tone for a customer‑centric environment.
Alongside the Store Manager, this role analyzes store financial statements to ensure financial goals are met, commits to the company’s asset protection program, promotes the business, and targets new customer acquisitions. All employees work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations) and much more.
This position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity and a bonus based on store performance. The actual pay of successful Assistant Store Managers will be based on various factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager- Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
- Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so that development meets First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company‑prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensuring all procedures are followed to protect assets.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Administer processes and procedures within the store, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, store systems, and enterprise‑level reporting.
- Evaluate the store’s financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.

- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure the value and integrity of all loans issued.
