Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to customer and store specifications
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and product quality
• Properly label, rotate, and store products to ensure freshness
• Assist customers with product recommendations and special requests
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
• Support daily department operations and inventory management

• Previous butcher or meat cutting experience required
• Knowledge of meat cuts, trimming techniques, and food safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• Ability to lift heavy products and work in refrigerated environments
• Flexible availability preferred

• Meat Cutting certification is a plus
• Experience in retail meat markets or food production environments
