Position Summary

Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promote the value of Company products and services, process Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participate in sales and marketing events, and meet Membership goals.

Maintain the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfill member orders (Pull and Click n Pull) by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs.

Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities and deadlines, communicating progress, and determining ways to address improvement opportunities and adapt to change.

Provide Member Service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
