Operations Associate - Cielo Vista Mall

The Operations Associate
's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position; you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

• Customer Service – Answer customers’ questions and provide assistance at a fast pace.
• Execute pricing and signing – Change ticket prices and sign merchandise across the store faster and more accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store – Pull and prepare low‑stock merchandise for the sales floor to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
• Receive and unload merchandise – Work with co‑workers to unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Back‑room standards – Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel – Contribute to buy‑online‑pickup, ship‑from‑store, order delivery, returns, shipping, and merchandise receiving.
• Merchandise strategy – Execute leadership‑communicated plans for merchandise placement, meet merchandising standards, and maintain a customer‑focused experience.
• Learning environment – Absorb new information from peers, training materials, and business processes.

• Results – Solve problems, make smart decisions, drive sales, profit, or customer service, and inspire strong performance.
• Ownership – Provide excellent customer service, cooperate, build positive relationships, and take accountability.
• Intensity – Proactively improve the customer experience, act with confidence and urgency.

• 1–2 years in retail.
