Job Overview

We are hiring a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate to work in a store, helping customers choose products and services. The role is commission‑based and includes opportunities to increase earnings by outreach and community events.

• Generate retail sales using customer service and technology expertise.
• Discover customer needs by building rapport and asking insightful questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to provide end‑to‑end offerings.
• Close sales using clear communication.
• Continually develop through training in merchandising and inventory.
• Make outbound calls and send texts to potential customers.
• Engage with the community at off‑site events.

Base pay: $16.00‑$21.00 per hour (varies by location). Potential for up to $16,000 annual commission. Top performers may earn additional $14,500, reaching total annual compensation of $65,000‑$73,500.

40 hours per week, onsite at a defined retail location.
