The Sales Associate’s primary function is to sell and promote Perry Ellis merchandise while executing customer service standards. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping them find products, and ringing up purchases on the POS register.

• Interact with customers in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with customer service standards.
• Build a repeat customer base through excellent PE Loyalty Program data capture.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively.
• Consistently foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff fairly and consistently.
• Maintain floor coverage; acknowledge every customer and prioritize them over assigned tasks.
• Use idle time productively for replenishment, visual display maintenance, and customer engagement.
• Report to work on time.
• Demonstrate flexibility with schedule.
• Understand individual and store sales goals.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Follow guidance from management to execute visual standards, recover and replenish.

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
