Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. During major holidays, associates are prepared to handle increased workload. The role requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.
