Manage all store employees and oversee the effective planning and implementation of store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support;
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed; provide training and conduct evaluations;
Ensure proper opening and closing of the store; manage inventory and merchandising; maintain a clean, safe, and secure store environment;
Provide superior customer service leadership and ensure compliance with company policies and cash control procedures;
Prepare and review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities for expense control and inventory management.
