The UPS Store #1982 in El Paso, TX is looking for a motivated and friendly Store Associate to join our team! • Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other in‑store services
• Process and handle incoming and outgoing packages accurately and efficiently
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems and handle cash and card transactions
• Be knowledgeable in Adobe Print Programs (Photoshop, InDesign and Canva) and be able to print, copy, scan and fax document services for customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a professional manner
• Support notary, mailbox, and freight shipping services as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail, customer service, or shipping experience preferred
• Bilingual strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy store environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed
