Commercial Outbound Sales Representative
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $14/hour + Monthly Commission + Gas Allowance
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Training: 1-month shadowing/training period
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Representative specializing in commercial office furniture, moving services, upholstery, and wood refinishing. This role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions for office relocations, furniture installation, repair, and refurbishment. The ideal candidate is confident in prospecting, understands commercial environments, and can guide clients from initial contact through project completion.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, site visits, networking, and referrals
- Sell commercial office furniture solutions, including new furniture, reconfigurations, and space planning
- Promote and sell office moving services, including furniture relocation and reinstallation
- Identify opportunities for upholstery repair, wood refinishing, and furniture restoration
- Conduct on-site client visits to assess needs, measure spaces, and review layouts or floor plans
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and customized solutions
- Coordinate with installation, moving, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Track leads, sales activity, and pipeline progress in CRM or internal systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound or B2B sales, preferably within commercial furniture, moving, or related industries
- Ability to read layouts, floor plans, and accurately measure spaces
- Knowledge of office furniture systems, moving logistics, or furniture repair services is a strong plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for client visits
