Account Manager

Score Ortho is a DME Rental company partnered with several insurance companies, and VA facilities.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in El Paso, TX. The Account Manager will handle the day-to-day management of client accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value. Responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams to ensure operational success, resolving client-related issues promptly, and preparing and presenting performance reports. This role demands exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to provide a seamless client experience.

• Strong account management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software is a plus
• Previous experience in account management, sales, or client relations is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
