This is a full-time on‑site role for a Senior Account Manager – Data Centers based in El Paso, TX. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients in the data center industry, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue by delivering tailored solutions. The role involves creating and implementing account strategies, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the delivery of customized solutions and achieving business objectives will also be a key focus.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, account management, and strategic planning.
- Experience in business development, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation, sales strategy execution, and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of data center operations and energy solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
- A results‑driven approach, paired with the ability to collaborate and build partnerships across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and delivering innovative solutions.
- Willingness to work onsite and engage directly with clients in El Paso, TX, and the surrounding region.
