• Investment
  : A minimum of $100,000 in liquid capital is required.

• Sales Experience

  Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Licensing

  Must be willing to obtain necessary state insurance licenses;
  Farmers will provide support.
• Financial Acumen
  : A basic understanding of financial management and business operations is preferred.

• Contract Value according to the terms of the appointment agreement.

• Opportunity to sell service and commission rights.

• Bonus of up to $6,000 for initial exterior branding for an approved office location.

• $5,000 bonus following full-time appointment.

• One-time bonus based on applicable net new business commissions while on the Reserve Program.
• Bonus paid subject to specified maximum amount.

• Bonus opportunity based on applicable monthly net new business commissions and applicable production for up to three years.
• Bonuses based on Life and Commercial commissions are subject to specified maximum amounts.
