This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in El Paso, TX. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, managing the sales process, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, identifying new sales opportunities, and offering training and support to ensure client success. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and strategies.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Customer Service skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Experience in Training and guiding teams to achieve organizational objectives
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with the agency sector or recruitment processes is a plus
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
