Overview
ADP is hiring an Implementation Specialist. The role serves as the client’s first point of contact post‑sale, managing the implementation process from the sale through transition to Client Service. Responsibilities include building positive client relationships, reviewing policy and client information for completeness, setting expectations, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Client Service Team.
Responsibilities- Onboard clients, creating exceptional onboarding experiences for Insurance products implementation.
- Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and recommending and embedding new processes, tools, and approaches.
- Partner internally by working closely with sales and customer service associates, exchanging routine information with the client project team about priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
- Multi‑task and communicate on multiple time‑sensitive follow‑ups/projects simultaneously, sharing essential information with clients and internal teams.
- Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to handle a high volume of inbound calls; phone time may increase during peak seasons, such as the close of the year.
- Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- Strong professionalism and business acumen.
- Strong follow‑up skills for timely and effective closure of open items on sales orders and within the implementation process.
- Excellent oral communication skills with clients, sales, and other service associates.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints while maintaining a professional service attitude.
- College degree is a plus but not required; relevant experience or military experience is also acceptable.
- Must obtain the appropriate Property & Casualty insurance license within 30 days of employment.
