El Paso, Fitting Specialist - Golf; Contractor - Albuquerque Customer

• Set up and conduct fitting days in the field for the assigned territory.
• Maintain fitting tools and set up fitting day logistics.
• Organize orders from fitting days to be placed by the account or local Territory Sales Manager.
• Keep accurate fitting records and act as the primary point of contact for all account requests related to fitting days and follow‑up.
• Conduct one‑on‑one fittings with consumers, participate in large‑scale brand events, staff and VIP golf club fittings.
• Work with the local Territory Sales Manager to maintain outstanding relationships with accounts.

• Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or Flight Scope) and golf club fitting.
• Understanding of basic and intermediate fitting terminology.
• Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin).
• High level of energy, initiative and professionalism.
• Physical ability to set up and break down fitting day equipment, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to conduct 40‑50 events in a calendar year.
• Flexibility to meet business needs, including willingness to work weekends.
