Territory Sales Representative

As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll own your route, open new retail accounts, and dominate shelf space.

• Drive daily field sales, securing prime product placements and reorders.
• Boost brand visibility through local sampling, demos, and events.
• Manage inventory to ensure stores are always stocked and selling.
• Open a high volume of new accounts weekly and build partnerships with wholesalers, DSD/RTM distributors, and B2B operators.
• Secure prime shelf placement, manage merchandising (POS, rotation, facings), and ensure seamless direct store shipments.
• Build deep trust with retailers to drive reorders; manage and deliver lean product inventory.
• Run demos and sampling events to boost velocity; log daily sales metrics and compliance data in the mobile CRM.

• $25.00 hourly base pay
• Performance-based bonuses with no cap on earnings
• Uncapped 20% commissions paid

• Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition and territory growth (DSD, route, or field sales in beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco preferred).
• Highly disciplined, competitive, and self-directed with a relentless drive to hit metrics.
• Strong relationship-building skills; comfortable using mobile CRMs and routing tools.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor; high school diploma/GED; ability to lift 40 lbs and run active daily routes.
