Job Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with school and district administrators to understand their needs and introduce them to the Flashlight Learning solution.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute insights that strengthen team strategy and outreach efforts.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and collaborative planning sessions.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, supportive team culture.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and adapting communication to different audiences.
  • Flexibility regarding location and willingness to relocate for future advancement opportunities.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior sales or business development experience, ideally with a proven track record of delivering results against a quota.
  • Experience in K–12, EdTech, or working with school districts is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic sales workflows.
  • A passion for education and a desire to contribute to better student and teacher outcomes.
