Bin Brothers is a family-owned and operated trash bin cleaning company proudly serving the El Paso community. Founded by Sam and Pam Bustamante, lifelong residents of El Paso, our company was built on strong family values, hard work, and exceptional customer service.

We specialize in residential trash bin cleaning services that help families maintain cleaner, healthier, and more sanitary homes. Our services help eliminate odors, bacteria, maggots, flies, roaches, and other harmful contaminants commonly found in neglected trash bins.

Unlike franchises, every dollar we earn supports the local economy and helps us continue serving our community with dependable, affordable service.

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and coachable Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, resilient, and comfortable engaging directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods. As a D2D Sales Representative, you will educate customers about the importance of regular trash bin cleaning services and help grow our subscription customer base.

This is a performance-focused role with strong earning potential for individuals who are willing to work hard, stay positive, and consistently improve their skills.

Responsibilities
  • Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door

  • Introduce homeowners to Bin Brothers’ cleaning services and subscription plans

  • Explain the health and sanitation benefits of routine trash bin cleaning

  • Build rapport quickly with potential customers

  • Listen actively to customer concerns and tailor conversations accordingly

  • Answer questions confidently using product and service knowledge

  • Overcome objections professionally and respectfully

  • Generate new recurring subscription customers

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity

  • Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and integrity

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals

Subscription Plans

Representatives will educate customers on the following service options:

  • Basic Service – $55 one-time cleaning

  • Good Plan – $37 every 3 months

  • Better Plan – $32 every 2 months

  • Best Plan – $27 monthly

  • Premium Service – $22 every 2 weeks

All services include:

  • 1 trash bin (grey)

  • 1 recycle bin (blue)

Additional bins:

  • $10 each

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous door-to-door sales experience is helpful but not required

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
