About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team s role focuses on building relationships with manufacturing and warehouse clients, identifying staffing needs, and delivering cost-effective workforce solutions.

If you enjoy connecting with people, being out in the field, and closing deals, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced and high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and generate new business through calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Build and maintain relationships with plant managers, HR teams, and decision-makers
  • Identify client staffing needs and present tailored workforce solutions
  • Schedule and attend client meetings (including on-site visits)
  • Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful placements
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of sales experience (B2B or staffing industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
  • Organized and comfortable using CRM systems
