What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate retail sales by using passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Opportunities to engage with the community outside of the store to expand loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon sponsored events.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual‑based commissions for meeting sales goals. Top performers may earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, for a total annual earnings potential of $65,000 to $73,500, depending on geography, hours, and performance.

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of relevant experience (work or military)
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Openness to additional shifts during peak periods

• Experience in a commission‑based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience

In this worksite‑based role, you will work onsite at a defined location(s).

40 hours per week.
