Job Description
As a Farmers Insurance Agency Producer
, you will work closely with a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner to help grow the agency through sales, marketing, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to build a career in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and supporting the agency's overall growth objectives.

:
Proactively prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead generation. - Insurance Solutions
:
Present and sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance, to meet the needs of clients. - Customer Relationship Management
:
Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their ongoing insurance needs. - Quoting & Policy Writing
:
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage, and complete the policy issuance process. - Client Retention
:
Review policies with existing clients, offer policy upgrades, and ensure renewals are handled smoothly. - Marketing & Community Outreach
:
Participate in local marketing initiatives and community events to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients. - Administrative Support
:
Assist the agency owner with administrative tasks such as managing client files, handling billing inquiries, and processing claims.
- Licensing
:
Must be willing to obtain state insurance licenses (auto, home, life, etc.). Farmers will provide guidance and support in obtaining these licenses. - Sales Skills
:
Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals (insurance sales experience is a plus). - Communication Skills
:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain insurance products and build rapport with clients. - Customer Focus
: A customer‑centric attitude with a desire to help individuals and businesses protect what matters most. - Self‑Motivation
:
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment. - Technology Proficiency
:
Comfortable with using CRM software, quoting tools, and other technology platforms. - Education
:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
