Fox Toyota is looking for driven, experienced Automotive Sales Consultants who are ready to maximize their earning potential and thrive in a high-performance environment.
High inventory, strong traffic, and performance‑driven pay give real earning potential.
What You’ll Do (How You Make Money)- Own the full sales process from prospect to delivery
- Work incoming traffic, internet leads, and self‑generated opportunities
- Build and maintain your own customer base for repeat and referral business
- Present and demonstrate inventory and close deals effectively
- Maintain strong performance metrics (gross, units, CSI)
- Utilize CRM to manage pipeline and follow‑up consistently
- Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize deal structure and results
- Uncapped earning potential
- High inventory and steady traffic flow
- Strong leadership support and deal structure
- Opportunity to build long‑term customer relationships
- Growth opportunities within a multi‑location dealership group
- Commission‑based pay with uncapped earning potential
- Typical earnings range: $65,000–$120,000+ based on performance
