Our Food Division is a full line multi‑state distributor, while our Beverage Division serves Texas as a proud distributor of Anheuser‑Busch products, craft and import beer brands, spirits, and wine.

The Distributor Sales Representative – Outside role focuses on selling food products and supplies to food service establishments, meeting and exceeding sales goals. The position requires use of your own vehicle to travel to customers' places of business in the assigned territory and compiling a list of prospective customers based on research from newspapers, business directories, and other sources. Each DSR is accountable for managing their own daily activities and ensuring optimal sales performance.

Sales Territory:
El Paso, TX.

• Conduct routine visits to customer sites to ensure purchasing levels are adequate.
• Share information about additional products with customers to optimize sales.
• Competently discuss any outstanding issues with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Research newspapers, business directories and other sources for potential client leads.
• Perform networking activities to obtain referrals.
• Make calls to potential customers to expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Complete required administrative functions to ensure sales data and percentages are accurate.
• Perform collection duties to ensure customer accounts are current.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related business field preferred, or equivalent sales experience.
• At least three years of recent food‑service sales experience selling to restaurants for a major food service distributor.
• Valid driver’s license issued for the state in which you will be working and a clean driving record (no more than three violations or a DUI conviction within the last three years); must also meet automobile insurance requirements.
• Good computer skills and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts related to sales, commissions, discounts and volume.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to work well with others.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to re‑prioritize as needed.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and negotiating skills.
