We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our dynamic team. As a BDC Agent, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between prospective customers and the dealership's sales team, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. If you are an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships, this opportunity is for you.

** Responsibilities:**

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and inquiries from potential customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads in a timely manner to convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with necessary information regarding customer needs and preferences.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase dealership traffic.
- Provide comprehensive information about products, services, and promotions to prospective clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with customers.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
