White Cap is hiring a Counter Sales Associate to provide exceptional service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers, process orders, and quote prices. You will pull orders, share product knowledge, and offer upsell opportunities, while sharing information on promotions.
The role requires strong customer service skills, familiarity with sales order software (Oracle preferred), and knowledge of construction and industrial products. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
