Counter Sales Associate

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers, processing orders, quoting prices, entering orders into the system, and giving order information to customers. You will also pull orders, communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information, demonstrate product knowledge and provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and help resolve customer problems, upsell related products, add‑on extensions, and inform customers of promotions, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
