Sales Support Representative

Starting at $20/hr or more with experience.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm;
Saturday every 6 weeks 8am – 12pm.

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented with ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $17.77 - $28.42 (monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
