Sales Support Representative

Assisted by Ferguson’s 36,000 associates, this role supports sales associates in meeting customer needs through product knowledge, order management, and timely delivery. The position requires customer-focused engagement, use of CRM, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm;
Saturday every six weeks 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

• Work with sales associates to determine appropriate products and solutions for customers.
• Provide personalized service via timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Use CRM and phone system efficiently.

• 0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related trades a plus.
• Strong sales skills, including upselling capability.
• Track record of responding quickly and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented, and relationship‑building mindset a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and processes quickly.

Starting hourly rate of $20 or more depending on experience, with possible bonus or incentive plan eligibility. Pay range: $17.77 – $28.42.
