Responsible for managing new accounts and existing accounts specified by EIS.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnswering calls via Ring Central, quoting materials requested by customers, entering orders into SAP, tracking them until delivery, and providing post‑sales follow‑up to gain additional business with these clients.
Qualifications- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- English required.
- Excellent communication skills with clients.
- Customer service and responsiveness to client requests.
- Import/export knowledge.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Experience in similar roles.
