Regional Sales Manager – Protein Industry (Bilingual

BAFAR International is expanding across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guatemala, and we're looking for experienced sales professionals to help build new markets and grow strategic customer relationships.

This is more than a sales position—it's an opportunity to drive market expansion with one of Mexico's leading protein companies.

• Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Manage and grow distributor, wholesale, retail, and food service accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and expand BAFAR International's presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in:
• Beef
• Pork
• Deli meats
• Processed meat products
• Food service or protein industry
• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Experience opening new markets and developing distributors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Existing industry relationships are highly preferred.
