What You’ll Do- Sell and deliver vehicles
- Take full ownership of the sales process from lead to delivery
- Execute high-volume daily activity to drive your pipeline
- Proactively greet and engage every customer who walks in
- Identify needs and match customers with the right vehicle
- Demonstrate vehicles, explain features, and close deals
- Perform test drives following dealership process
- Build your own book of business through follow-up and referrals
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance to finalize deals
- Deliver vehicles and create a high-quality customer experience
- Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential

Requirements- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Availability to work dealership hours, including weekends
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Automotive dealership sales experience preferred
- Driven by performance, commissions, and hitting targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Active role requiring standing, walking, and working outdoors/in showroom
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
