Drive new customer growth for telecom clients through B2B and consumer sales, with hands-on training in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing.

Tierwest is hiring an Entry Level Business Development Representative to sell and drive new customer growth, including B2B accounts, for our telecommunications clients. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with hands‑on, real‑world training from day one.

• Identify and engage new consumer and B2B sales opportunities in person, on behalf of telecom brand partners
• Present products and offers clearly and persuasively to close sales
• Qualify prospects and move them through the B2B sales pipeline
• Partner with the wider sales team to hit sales and growth targets
• Analyze results from the field and adjust sales approach to improve outcomes

Business development, B2B sales, prospecting, pipeline management, sales strategy, negotiation, and data-informed decision-making — skills valued across sales, marketing, and client-facing business roles.

• Strong communicator who's comfortable initiating conversations
• Driven, resilient, and target-focused
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

This role offers weekly pay, with average first-year earnings between $4,800–$5,975 per month, including performance-based bonuses. As you grow, you'll gain exposure to sales strategy, account support, and leadership development, with clear opportunities to progress within the business.
