As a Brand Sales Associate, you'll be the face of these brands in the El Paso market — driving sales, closing B2B accounts, and delivering a customer experience that stands out.

• Represent telecom client brands directly with consumer and B2B customers in person
• Sell products, promotions, and service plans, including managing B2B sales conversations
• Drive new customer acquisition and meet weekly sales targets
• Build rapport quickly and maintain a consistent, professional brand presence
• Collaborate with your team to hit campaign and territory sales goals

Consultative sales, B2B sales, brand representation, customer acquisition, relationship building, objection handling, and closing techniques — skills that translate directly into sales, account management, or business development careers.

• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

This role offers weekly pay, with average first-year earnings between $4,800–$5,975 per month, including performance-based bonuses. As you grow, you'll gain exposure to sales strategy, account support, and leadership development, with clear opportunities to progress within the business.
