Armed Diplomatic Security Officer (Full‑time)

Location:

El Paso, TX. Salary: $24.00‑$24.31 hourly.

You will work as a member of an elite team of security operators protecting critical assets, including diplomats and visiting nations’ officials across multiple locations in the United States.

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Citizen of the United States
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or)
• Associate’s degree in criminal justice or security‑related field + 1 year of security field experience (or)
• Minimum 3 years of military experience at E‑4 rank or honorable discharge (or)
• Two years of law enforcement or armed commercial guard experience with armed protective services (or)
• Minimum 5 years of current unarmed commercial guard force experience

• Operations at client sites, indoors or outdoors
• Requires prolonged standing/walking and daily security activities
• Open availability nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Various shifts and holidays as assigned
• Must maintain flexibility regarding assignments and locations
• Time flexibility depending on company needs
