Inter‑Con is searching for motivated individuals to fill the role of an Armed Diplomatic Security Officer. You will be part of an elite team of security operators protecting diplomats across multiple U.S. locations, providing a comprehensive security solution for both our nation’s and visiting nations’ diplomats.

El Paso, TX

• Minimum 21 years of age
• U.S. citizen
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Either a bachelor’s degree with relevant knowledge and skills
• or an associate’s degree in criminal justice or security related field with at least one year in the security field
• or a minimum of three years of military experience with minimum E‑4 rank and honorable discharge
• or two years of law enforcement or armed commercial guard force experience providing armed protective services
• or five years of current unarmed commercial guard force experience

• Job operates in client sites, indoors or outdoors
• Requires prolonged standing and walking during daily security activities
• Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Work various shifts and holidays as assigned
• Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments and locations
• Time flexibility depends on company needs
