Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and support adherence to site rules, visitor processes, and/or vehicle and pedestrian traffic procedures.
