Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Monitor entrances, gates, badges, credentials, and/or visitor logs to help support authorized access to the location and report irregular activity;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, restricted areas, and the perimeter of the utility location to help identify security-related concerns, unusual conditions, and/or maintenance issues;
Operate access control and related monitoring systems, maintain required reports, and follow Allied Universal policies for post orders, incident documentation, and shift handoff communication
