CCTV/Control Room Operators - $27.09/hr - El Paso, TX

CCTV/Control Room Operators are sought by Garda World Federal Services to monitor and operate security systems within an immigration processing and custodial facility in El Paso, Texas. This role is vital for maintaining safety, security, and compliance with facility protocols. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, observant, and able to remain focused in a high-security, fast-paced environment.

• $27.09 per hour (includes base rate and H&W)

• Active Texas state unarmed security license
• Minimum of one year CCTV experience in security, surveillance, law enforcement, military, or detention/correction
• Ability to monitor multiple screens and maintain focus for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proof of citizenship or legal US work authorization
• If prior military, DD214(s) showing discharge condition
• Consent to fingerprinting
• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass background check and security screening
• Ability to pass preemployment medical assessment and drug screening
• Excellent communication, observation, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to remain stationary 50% of the time, move about the facility, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
