Security Officer Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific policies, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related procedures at a technology-focused location.;
Monitor access to the lobby and other designated entry points, verify identification and visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized entry through consistent screening and documentation practices.;
Answer phones, greet incoming guests, direct them to the appropriate destination, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or service requests.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.;
Observe cameras, alarms, and front desk systems as assigned, maintain accurate logs and reports, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
