Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and associates while carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or hazards;
Monitor high-traffic and merchandise areas to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other prohibited activity;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate;
Document and report security-related incidents, policy violations, and unusual activity in accordance with Allied Universal and location procedures
