Join BEST Crowd Management at the Sun Bowl, where you'll help create safe, enjoyable game-day experiences. In this on-site role, you'll support event security and guest services by monitoring crowds, controlling access points, checking credentials, and following clear safety procedures. You'll greet and guide guests, resolve basic issues, and escalate concerns when needed. Working within a professional, team-oriented environment, you'll receive training in crowd management, customer service, and emergency response, gaining valuable experience and opportunities to grow within the Garda World organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crowds and respond to incidents to maintain a safe environment
• Perform access control, ticket/credential checks, and bag screenings per procedures
• Provide directions, assistance, and customer service to guests
• Enforce venue policies and security protocols professionally
• Report safety, security, and medical concerns promptly to supervisors
• Assist with event setup, ingress, egress, and post-event crowd flow
• Communicate clearly via radio or in-person with team and supervisors
• Document incidents and follow escalation procedures accurately
