DescriptionBig Media | Alpha Graphics El Paso is looking for a skilled and reliable Vinyl Installer to join our production and installation team. This role involves installing vinyl graphics on vehicles, windows, walls, signs, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically capable, and comfortable using power tools and general construction tools in a professional install environment.
Responsibilities- Install vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, and signage accurately and efficiently
- Prepare surfaces for installation (cleaning, measuring, masking, leveling)
- Perform vehicle wraps (partial and full) preferred
- Install window graphics, wall murals, and signage on-site
- Safely and proficiently use power tools and general construction tools (drills, saws, levels, ladders, etc.)
- Assist with vinyl cutting, weeding, lamination, and fabrication as needed
- Safely use hand tools, ladders, lifts, and installation equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Represent Big Media professionally on job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Experience with vinyl installation (1+ year preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
- Proficient with power tools and general construction tools
- Familiarity with vehicle wraps, window graphics, or signage installation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
